Job Description
We are on of the leading transport service provider company in ksa .
We are seeking cvs for the candidate who has transportation operation experience.
Candidate will be responsible for following.
1- Reporting to Operation Director.
2- Dealing with day to day issue in operation department.
3- Solve the issue immediate with customer whenever here is any incident happen.
4- Support and supervise the Operation team on day to day activities.
5- Track the progress of OPS department and ensure that all client properly getting the service through OPS team.
6- Must have transportation experience so able to handle the issue and problem araise with client.
7- Candidate must know english, arabic , Urdu / Hindi etc
8- 6 days duty and friday remote working from home.
9- 9am to 6pm duty hour and must be flexable to handle calls and follow team for operation support.
10- Must be flexiable to travel or relocate in Jeddah / Riyadh / Dammam of any city where company has required work.
11- Shared accomodation will be provided by company.
12- Company sim card will be provided.
13- First transfer 2000 company will bear rest will be on candidate for the transfer of sponsorship.
14- Pick and drop on from office to company accommodation by company .
Candiate only from Pakistani or indian nationality required with good fluent in arabic and english.
Candiate must have 3 year experience in transportation and logistics companies.
