Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Admission Manager to join our team at Dimois Business School in Riyadh.
If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, leading teams, and helping students take the next step in their educational journey, this role is for you. As our Admission Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing the entire admissions process — from reaching out to schools and guiding prospective students, to supporting your team and ensuring smooth, seamless operations. You’ll be the face of Dimois Business School, representing our values with professionalism and enthusiasm.What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and implement smart admission strategies that help us achieve and exceed our enrollment goals.
Build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions to introduce our programs and expand our network.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers — making sure every student enquiry is handled with care and clarity.
Guide prospective students and their parents through programs, admission procedures, and future career opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that generate quality leads and drive student admissions.
Keep detailed and organized records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
Represent the school during visits, presentations, and events — building partnerships and maintaining a steady admissions pipeline.
Monitor progress and performance, sharing insights and reports with the management team.
Ensure every student enjoys a positive and supportive experience from their first interaction to final enrollment.Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Education is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or educational marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak to parents, students, and institutional partners.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is a bonus.
Experience managing a telecalling or sales team with a focus on achieving targets.
A relationship-builder who can establish trust with schools, students, and corporate partners.
