Job Description

We are seeking a female Administrative Assistant with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles to support our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both clerical and accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, documentation).

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain records, reports, and databases.

Assist in managing petty cash and expense tracking.

Support accounts team with invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliations.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

Gender: Female (as per job requirement and local labor laws)

Nationality: (Filipino, Indian, or any)

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in admin or accounting roles.

Experience in Saudi Arabia is a plus.

Language:

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Arabic is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Basic knowledge of accounting software (Zoho)

Other Requirements:

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh preferred).

Transferable Iqama or Freelancers can also apply

Able to join immediately or within short notice.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: SAR [2500-3500] (depending on experience)

Other benefits as per company policy.
