This Four Seasons team is expanding our family to launch two landmark properties, with this role planning and creating compelling visual assets for Four Seasons Red Sea Shura Island and Four Seasons AMAALA through photography, videography, and graphics to communicate key messages and experiences visually for the resorts.
What You Will Do
Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media use and other platforms as per the hotel’s needs.
Coordinate and facilitate professional video and photography shoots as needed; prepare mood boards and storyboards.
Serve as the occasional graphic designer (light duties) to create brand-aligned and compelling visuals for our social media accounts and other platforms.
Work across a wide range of projects and develop innovative content based on business objectives.
Conceptualize and produce high quality and impactful content that promotes both of the resorts facilities and represents the guest experiences in-line with Four Season’s standards.
Design graphics, illustrations and other visual assets reflecting Four Seasons brand identity as needed.
Produce short-form videos, reels and motion graphics for campaigns.
Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
Organize video and photoshoots with different stakeholders for content to be used across all marketing channels (social media, websites, printed material, etc)
Ideate content with the Marketing team
Prepare production briefs when required.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of photography and videography including editing and post-production.
Ensure the content meets organizational standards and brand expectations.
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team.
Manage brand/agency photoshoots
Examine existing processes, identifying solutions to improve content creation capabilities
Update and maintain internal archive of designs, photography, and video
Keep up to date with marketing trends and competitors to explore and recommend creative ways to reach target audiences
Create graphics as needed for web pages, presentations, collaterals
Stay updated on industry best practices.
What You Bring
2 years of experience as a photographer and videographer (either background or degree in film studies, photography or related field).
Has photography/videography and editing equipment for use
Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Proficiency required in camera operation, sound equipment and the overall production and postproduction process (editing, animations, effects)
Effective time management skills/the ability to meet deadlines
A strong eye for visual composition
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
