Lead Mechanical Project Engineer

We are seeking a talented Lead Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic Building & Cities (B+C) team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will bring strong technical delivery capability, client management skills, and leadership energy to drive the success of complex multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical design and delivery for major building and infrastructure projects within KSA and the wider Middle East.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure optimal solutions and project outcomes.

Manage and mentor project teams to deliver innovative and coordinated MEP designs.

Support work-winning activities, technical bids, and design presentations.

Develop strong client and partner relationships to grow business opportunities in the region.

Ensure all designs meet RBG and SJ Group quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

10–12 years of experience in mechanical building services or multi-disciplinary engineering projects.

Demonstrated leadership in project delivery and client engagement.

Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design.

Strong understanding of regional standards and codes (KSA/GCC).

Chartered or working toward Chartered status preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
