We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team . a well-established printing and advertising company based in Bahrain. About the Role:

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first person our clients meet — whether they visit our office or call us. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing communications, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Your role is essential in helping our team stay organized and ensuring that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.

Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the right departments quickly and efficiently.

Record client requests and coordinate with the pricing and production teams to make sure they’re handled smoothly.

Organize and track delivery schedules for quotations and completed jobs.

Assist with office administration tasks, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and keeping the reception area neat and professional.

Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timelines are met.

Handle company documentation and assist with government-related follow-ups when required. Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant (experience in the printing or advertising industry is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP systems.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written — strong communication and email skills are a must.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, approachable, and customer-focused — you represent our brand to clients every day.
