Job Description

We’re looking for a caring, dedicated, and qualified Physiotherapist to join our team and work with children with special needs. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives — helping them improve mobility, independence, and confidence through specialized physiotherapy care.

As a physiotherapist on our team, you’ll work closely with children, their families, and other professionals to create a supportive, nurturing, and engaging therapy environment where every child can reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assess each child’s physical abilities and design personalized therapy plans to support their development and mobility goals.

Conduct engaging physiotherapy sessions that make movement fun and rewarding for children.

Work collaboratively with families to teach them exercises, techniques, and routines that can be continued at home.

Keep accurate progress notes, tracking improvements and adjusting programs as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure every child receives holistic care and support.

Encourage and motivate children through positive reinforcement, patience, and creativity. What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Physiotherapy with relevant qualifications or licensing (or eligibility to obtain one).

Experience working with children with special needs, such as those with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other physical or neurological challenges.

A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude, with a natural ability to connect with children and their families.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain complex concepts in simple, supportive ways.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple therapy plans effectively.

Bonus Skills:

Training in Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT), sensory integration, taping, or assistive technology is an advantage.

Experience developing family-centered care programs or home exercise routines.Krstalh.bh@gmail.com
