We’re looking for a kind, dedicated, and certified Female Shadow Teacher to join our Montessori team. About the Role

As a Shadow Teacher, you’ll be working closely with children who need extra guidance and care, helping them engage confidently in their daily activities. You’ll play a vital role in supporting their learning, social skills, and emotional development while working hand-in-hand with our lead teachers to ensure every child receives the attention and encouragement they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing

Offer personalized one-on-one support to children who require additional help with classroom participation, communication, or learning challenges.

Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting engaging Montessori activities that inspire curiosity and independence.

Encourage children to develop self-confidence and social interaction skills through positive reinforcement and patience.

Maintain a calm, caring, and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and supported.

Communicate effectively with teachers and parents to ensure consistent progress tracking and shared understanding of each child’s needs.

What We’re Looking For

A certification in Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Support (mandatory).

Prior experience as a Shadow Teacher, Learning Support Assistant, or Teaching Assistant.

Knowledge or experience with Montessori education is a plus, but not required.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

A patient, compassionate, and understanding personality with the ability to connect with children at their level.
