Job Description
Work Location: Jubail, AL Khobar
Experience : 3 to 6 years
Qualification : Any UG/Diploma
Job Responsibilities
 Reviewing construction blueprints to determine fire system placement.
 Installing fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, and extinguishers.
 Connecting piping and electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
 Testing system components to verify operational efficiency.
 Ensuring installation follows NFPA standards and local fire codes.
 Conducting pressure tests on pipes and pumps to check for leaks or faults.
 Coordinating with site engineers to integrate fire protection systems into the building’s infrastructure.
 Identifying fire hazards related to construction materials and activities.
 Post-Installation Checks & Maintenance.
 Performing final inspections to confirm system readiness.
 Training construction personnel on system operation and emergency procedures.
 Maintaining installation records for compliance and future maintenance.
Skills:
 Fire Protection Systems – Understanding fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, alarms, and extinguishers.
 NFPA Standards Compliance – Familiarity with NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
 Installation & Maintenance – Ability to install, inspect, and maintain fire protection equipment.
 Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnosing faults in fire systems and performing necessary repairs.
 Hand Tools & Equipment Handling – Proficiency in using tools for system installation and maintenance.
 Fire Risk Assessment – Identifying potential fire hazards in construction sites.
 Emergency Response Preparedness – Knowledge of fire drills, evacuation procedures, and emergency protocols.
 Life Safety Systems – Ensuring compliance with safety measures to protect workers and infrastructure.
 Team Collaboration – Working with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers to implement fire protection measures.
 Documentation & Reporting – Maintaining records of inspections, installations, and compliance reports.
 Training & Guidance – Educating construction personnel on fire safety protocols and system operation.
