Sales And Marketing Executive- Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the market, an existing client base, and the drive to expand our reach.

Qualifications:

Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field

Extensive sales experience within the construction, interior, exterior fitouts, civil, or MEP sectors

Good knowledge of the market and existing client networks

Must have a valid driving license and own a car

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Coordinate with project teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth
