Job Description
Professional in Accounting & Finance/Administration with Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) qualification, having valuable KSA experience more than 10 Years. (Transferrable Valid Iqama).      My responsibilities are as follows;
• Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports)
• Posting journal entries in the accounting system.
• Preparing Sales and Purchase Invoice/Bill.
• Documenting financial transactions.
• Preparing the VAT (Value Added Tax) reports.
• Coordinating in preparation of Corporate Income Tax & Zakat Returns.
• Preparing and controlling the petty cash.
• Preparing and verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information.
• Created and maintained relationship with customers and suppliers.
• Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other important data.
• Reviewing and analyzing all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options.
• Negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensuring the products and supplies are high quality.
• Maintaining and updating list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential
future development.
