Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Coating QC Inspector / Supervisor with Aramco CBT approval for ongoing and upcoming industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of coating procedures, inspection standards, and quality control documentation in compliance with Aramco specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct surface preparation and coating inspections as per Aramco and international standards (SSPC/NACE/ISO).
Review and verify coating materials, batch numbers, and certificates of compliance.
Ensure all coating activities are performed according to approved ITPs, method statements, and project specifications.
Monitor environmental conditions (humidity, dew point, temperature) prior to and during coating application.
Supervise and verify the performance of coating and painting crews.
Conduct holiday testing, DFT measurements, adhesion testing, and maintain accurate inspection records.
Prepare daily inspection reports and submit to the QA/QC Department.
Coordinate with client inspectors and contractors for inspection hold points and approvals.
Ensure HSE compliance during all coating operations.
Support continuous improvement in coating processes and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Aramco CBT Approval – Coating QC Inspector / Supervisor
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial coating inspection (preferably in oil & gas projects)
Valid NACE Level II / BGAS / SSPC certification preferred
Good communication and reporting skills
Familiar with Aramco standards and project documentation procedures
Offshore or Onshore project experience (as applicable)
