IT Support
Job Description
Provide first and second-level technical support to employees across branches, hubs, and warehouses.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, handheld scanners, CCTV systems, networking devices, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Email, ERP/WMS systems).
Monitor and maintain network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and escalate issues to service providers when required.
Support logistics-related software such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Fleet Management Applications, and GPS tracking tools.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation (asset logs, configuration details, licenses).
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and assist in implementing IT policies.
Job Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance. rawan.mohammed@imile.me
