Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership: Drive the company’s PPE sales strategy and manage key accounts across KSA
• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, tenders, and partnerships in both public and private sectors.
• Product Expertise: Ensure in-depth understanding of PPE categories (e.g., safety helmets, gloves, eyewear, coveralls, respiratory protection, etc.) and international safety standards.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring consistent performance across all regions.
• Supplier Relations: Source and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Compliance & Documentation: Oversee product certification, import/export documentation, and ensure full compliance with KSA regulations.

Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience exclusively in PPE Trading within the GCC region.
• Proven track record in managing high-value PPE sales or distribution projects.
• Strong network of industry contacts within sectors such as oil & gas, construction, and industrial services in GCC.
• Deep understanding of PPE technical specifications and international safety standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel within GCC as needed.
