Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer with a civil engineering degree and solid site experience (4–5 years). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring material availability, and maintaining project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.

• Ensure proper execution of works in line with drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams.

• Check and verify materials delivered to site.

• Monitor and control site manpower, resources, and equipment.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

• Assist in resolving technical issues on site.

• Ensure smooth transition from site implementation to project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural/General Engineering).

• 4–5 years of relevant site experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (AutoCAD/Revit?is?a?plus).
