Vacancy: Fit-Out Project Manager / project Coordinator/project head

We are currently seeking a Fit-Out project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in interior fit-out works and strong site coordination and client-handling skills.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

– Conduct site visits for inspection, accurate measurement, and assessment

– Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) based on site and client inputs

– Develop and finalize BOQs in line with approved drawings

– Coordinate with the design/drafting team for precise technical details

Supervise execution to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery

– Attend client meetings, manage progress updates, and resolve concerns

– Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments

– Track budgets, cost control, and schedule adherence

Submit regular project status reports to management and clients

Ensure all site activities comply with HSE standards

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)

– Proven experience in fit-out/interior project management

– Strong knowledge in drawings, BOQ, and site supervision

– Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

– Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

– Willingness to travel and be hands-on at project sites
