We’re Hiring: Admin Assistant – Luxury Fashion Brand (Riyadh, KSA)
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about fashion and operations?
Our client, a fast-growing Saudi luxury athleisure brand, is looking for a talented Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help streamline administrative workflows.
You’ll play a vital role in managing documents, coordinating logistics, and assisting with product samples, orders, and event support — all within a creative, dynamic work culture.
✅ What You’ll Do
🔹Handle daily admin tasks: filing, scheduling, and data entry.
🔹Maintain contracts, invoices, and reports.
🔹Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners.
🔹Track orders, samples, and production timelines.
🔹Support photoshoots, events, and finance/admin coordination.
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹Preferred Philippine national female
🔹Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
🔹Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
🔹Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
🔹Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
🔹Prior experience in admin or fashion/retail coordination preferred.
