We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physical Security Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physical Security Engineer with a strong background in HCIS-compliant security systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining physical security systems in accordance with HCIS standards and local authority requirements, ensuring the protection of people, property, and critical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and supervise installation of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and alarm systems.

Ensure all security designs and implementations are fully compliant with HCIS regulations and standards.

Prepare security design drawings, layouts, and documentation in coordination with consultants and contractors.

Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation measures.

Support HCIS approval process, documentation, and liaison with security authorities.

Manage system integration and testing for security networks and control systems.

Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for installed systems.

Work closely with project management, IT, and construction teams to ensure smooth delivery and commissioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Security Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in physical security system design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of HCIS (High Commission for Industrial Security) standards and procedures in KSA.

Experience with security systems brands such as Honeywell, Bosch, Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, or Lenel.

Good understanding of network infrastructure (IP, switches, PoE) and system integration.

Excellent technical reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

HCIS-approved vendor or consultant experience is a strong advantage.
