Mining Engineer / Quarry Geologist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer / Quarry Geologist to join our team for ongoing Load & Haul operations at multiple quarry sites. The role involves supervising quarry operations, geological surveys, blasting plans, equipment coordination, and ensuring compliance with Saudi standards and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily quarry operations from extraction to crusher feeding.
• Supervise loading, hauling, waste handling, and buffer stock management.
• Conduct geological surveys and prepare excavation or blasting plans.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and HSE teams for safe execution.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, Labor Law, environmental standards, and ISO systems.
• Monitor haul roads, dust suppression, and environmental protection measures.
• Maintain accurate operational and geological records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quarry or mining operations.
• Knowledge of quarry equipment and safety standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).
