Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise catering staff during food preparation, service, and clean-up.

Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely and professional service.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Train and motivate team members.

Communicate effectively with kitchen, service staff, and clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory catering or hospitality role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle tight schedules.

Food Safety Certification preferred.

🔹 Position 2: Catering Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming food and catering supplies.

Monitor stock levels and manage inventory records accurately.

Issue stock to kitchen and service staff as needed.

Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams for timely restocking.

Requirements:

Prior experience in storekeeping, preferably in a catering or F&B environment.

Good knowledge of stock rotation, inventory software, and food handling.

Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock items.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
