Job Description

Responsibilities:
Implement QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and method statements for all mechanical activities.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements.
Conduct inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection records, test reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Conduct internal audits, raise observations, and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide technical support to site teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Lead QA/QC team members and ensure proper communication and coordination with the project QA/QC department.
Participate in project quality meetings and support in preparing QA/QC reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in QA/QC for mechanical works, preferably in building / infrastructure projects in the Gulf region (KSA experience preferred).
