Job Title: BMS Engineer (Siemens PLC & Controllers)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer with expertise in Siemens PLCs, controllers, and automation systems. The role involves installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure reliable and efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, and other integrated systems. The candidate will collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions and provide technical support for ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, program, and commission Siemens PLCs and BMS controllers.
Integrate HVAC, lighting, and other subsystems into the BMS.
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system drawings.
Support project execution and client handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Desigo, PX/PLCs, or related automation systems.
Strong knowledge of BMS networks, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.).
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
