Cost Control Engineer
Job Description
A reputable Construction & Contracting Company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Cost Control Engineers to join our professional team. The selected candidates will play a vital role in monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs across large-scale construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of solid experience in cost control within construction and contracting projects.
Mandatory Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and RMP (Risk Management Professional).
Proven expertise in mega-projects, infrastructure works, or large-scale contracting projects.
Strong knowledge of cost control software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent command of project management methodologies, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
