The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market share in the car and commercial vehicle rental sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the vehicle rental industry, fleet management, and client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in car and commercial vehicle rental.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and industry stakeholders.

Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and senior management.

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth fleet management and service delivery.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in car rental, commercial vehicle rental, or fleet management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong knowledge of the vehicle rental market, fleet management, and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
