Project Control Manager With Aramco Experience
Job Description
We are looking for highly experienced and results-driven Project Controls Manager to lead and oversee all planning, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting functions on a Saudi Aramco LSTK project involving the relocation of multiple water wells.
The role will ensure that project execution aligns with contract requirements, project baselines, and client expectations, while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Controls Plan for scope, cost, schedule, and progress measurement in line with LSTK and Aramco requirements.
• Lead the development of the project baseline schedule (Level 1 to Level 4) using Primavera P6 and ensure alignment with the overall execution strategy.
• Monitor and report on project progress, productivity, critical path activities, earned value metrics (EVM), and forecasts.
• Implement and manage cost control procedures, including budget control, commitment tracking, change management, and forecasting.
• Coordinate and lead weekly/monthly progress meetings, producing dashboards, variance analysis, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure accurate progress capture and forecasting.
• Manage the development and maintenance of S-curves, histograms, manpower plans, and cost trends.
• Control and report on change orders, claims, and variations in coordination with contracts and project management teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all project controls deliverables to Saudi Aramco as per contract and internal requirements.
• Lead risk analysis and contingency tracking, identifying project risks that may impact time or cost performance.
• Support audits, reviews, and client meetings, ensuring transparent, traceable, and validated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procedures for planning and control (e.g., SAPMT guidelines, GPMS reporting tools, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls for EPC or LSTK oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Proven expertise in:
o Primavera P6 (Mandatory)
o Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis
o Earned Value Management (EVM)
o Budgeting and forecasting on lump-sum contracts
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco reporting formats and procedures.
• Experience in remote infrastructure or wellsite development projects is a strong advantage.
