QC (Quality Control Inspector) & Waste Control Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products (cups, boxes, bags).

Ensure quality standards as per company specifications.

Record and report defects, suggest corrective actions.

Coordinate with production team to minimize rejections.

Maintain QC documentation and daily reports.

Monitor and reduce production waste in paper cutting and printing process.

Plan and implement recycling & waste reduction strategies.

Analyze production efficiency to minimize raw material losses.

Prepare daily waste reports and cost-saving analysis.

Train workers on proper waste handling.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in paper products manufacturing QC & paper products industry waste management.

Knowledge of printing, cutting, pasting, and packaging QC standards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements.

Knowledge of paper recycling and waste segregation techniques.

Good reporting and analytical skills.
