• Managing office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Drafting letters, memos, and other communications.
• Organizing meetings and appointments.
• Maintaining calendars for executives or departments.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Maintaining accurate and organized filing systems (physical and digital).
• Inputting data into databases or software systems.
• Managing confidential documents and records.
• Assisting other staff with administrative tasks.
• Supporting HR with onboarding or documentation.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Scheduling and organizing meetings and conferences.
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes.
• Coordinating company events or training sessions.
• Processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
• Assisting with budget tracking or petty cash management.
• Liaising with finance or accounting departments.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in internal audits or compliance reporting
