IT Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for IT Specialist (Indian national only).
The candidate must have strong knowledge in Networks, Switches layers, VPN, PC Configuration with Access (Active Directory), Servers Configuration, NAS Configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Technical Support:?Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues,
resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.
ï‚· System Maintenance:?Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers local or
Cloud-Based, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance.
ï‚· Knowledge for the main IT systems, operational and troubleshooting scopes: such as IP
telephony, WAP (Wireless access points), exchanged, email domains, active directory,
storages and backups, CCTV, etc.
ï‚· Have the acceptable knowledge for the network passive part: such as UTP cables, fibre
cables, connectors, testing, supervise terminations, patch panels, etc.
ï‚· Network management capabilities and skills: shall have the knowledge to manage network
active component, such as servers, switches, VPN, IPsec, Network Layers, Network Rote,
routers / gateways, etc.
ï‚· Troubleshooting:?Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by staff, escalating
complex problems when necessary.
ï‚· Software Management:?Install, configure, and update software applications and systems as
per company requirements.
ï‚· Network Administration:?Oversee the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN/VPN, ensuring
secure and reliable connectivity.
ï‚· Data Backup and Recovery:?Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard company
data.
ï‚· Asset Management:?Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of
changes or updates.
ï‚· Training and Support:?Assist employees with IT-related inquiries and provide training on
new systems and tools.
ï‚· Cybersecurity:?Ensure compliance with security protocols and implement measures to
protect the company’s digital assets from threats.
ï‚· IT Projects:?Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects, contributing to upgrades and system
improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
 Education:?Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related
field.
ï‚· Experience:?Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
ï‚· Technical Skills:?Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking concepts, and
troubleshooting tools.
ï‚· Certifications:?Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications
are a plus.
ï‚· Language:?Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
ï‚· Attributes:?Analytical thinker, problem solver, and proactive team player.
