Project Manager -Jeddah

Project Manager Needed -Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Minimum 8 years of project management experience in retail fit-out.
– Proven experience managing luxury retail boutique projects.
– Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, MEP coordination, shop drawings, quality control, procurement, and project scheduling.
– Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Primavera P6 is an advantage).
– GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

– Manage project planning, execution, budget, and schedule.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
– Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
– Prepare progress reports and oversee project handover.
