Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Lead and oversee sales and marketing activities to support business growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Identify and secure new clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor and manage tenders, bids, and commercial opportunities from initiation to award.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Oversee marketing plans and campaigns to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Develop digital and traditional marketing channels to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare periodic reports on business performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully executed.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development.
• Proven experience in leading sales and marketing functions and driving business growth.
• Experience in Contracting, Industrial Services, Manpower Supply, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, tendering processes, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong strategic planning and business execution capabilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license.

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
