Business Development Manager Needed -Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are a growing equipment rental and transport company serving construction, infrastructure, industrial, and logistics projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Operations & Business Development Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, develop new business opportunities, and support the growth of our fleet and project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of trucks, equipment, and drivers.
Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and client requirements.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate with clients, drivers, workshops, and suppliers.
Monitor fleet utilization, productivity, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and project obligations.
Business Development

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project owners, brokers, and industry contacts.
Identify and secure new projects for trucks and equipment.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Monitor market opportunities and provide regular updates on upcoming projects.
Support management in expanding the company’s presence across Saudi Arabia.
Driver & Workforce Management

Source and recruit qualified drivers and operational personnel.
Manage driver deployment, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate visa, Iqama, and manpower requirements when needed.
Support workforce planning for new projects and fleet expansion.
Compliance & Administration

Maintain awareness of Saudi labor regulations and employment requirements.
Coordinate with HR and government relations personnel regarding visas, transfers, work permits, and employee documentation.
Assist with compliance requirements related to transportation and equipment operations.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, construction, heavy equipment rental, or related industries in Saudi Arabia.
Strong network within the construction, transportation, and equipment rental sectors.
Proven ability to source and secure projects.
Good understanding of Saudi labor regulations, visa procedures, and workforce management.
Experience managing drivers, fleet operations, and project execution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Arabic and English language proficiency preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
