Job Description
PLANNING ENGINEER Needed -Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Experience in preparing Baseline Programmes, Recovery Programmes, and Look-Ahead Schedules
Strong knowledge of MEP construction activities and sequencing
Ability to prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
Experience in resource loading, cost loading, and progress monitoring
Ability to identify delays and prepare mitigation/recovery plans
Familiar with EOT (Extension of Time) submissions and delay analysis
Strong coordination skills with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Saudi Arabia project experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
Monitor project progress against approved baseline programme
Prepare weekly, monthly, and management reports
Coordinate with site teams to collect progress data
Identify critical activities and potential delays
Prepare recovery plans and mitigation measures
Support project management with planning and scheduling requirements
Attend progress meetings with clients and consultants
