Sales Engineer Needed -Dammam ,Saudi Arabia

Position Title: Sales Engineer – Hydraulic & Industrial Solutions
Department: Sales Department
Location: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Reporting To: Sales Manager / General Manager

Role Purpose
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting the company’s hydraulic and industrial products and services. The role combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver solutions and achieve sales targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities.
•Maintain relationships with existing clients.
•Promote hydraulic hoses, cylinders, fittings, and services.
•Prepare and follow up quotations.
•Conduct site visits and provide technical solutions.
•Coordinate with workshop and operations teams.
•Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
•Follow up on payments and support collections.
•Maintain records in ERP/CRM system.
•Submit weekly and periodic reports.

Authority Limits
•Negotiate pricing within approved limits.
•Discounts beyond limits require management approval.
•No commitment to special terms without approval.

Qualifications and Experience
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia.
•Experience in hydraulic or industrial sales.
•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred).

Skills and Competencies
•Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to build client relationships.
•Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements
•Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).
•Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
•Willingness to travel.

Working Conditions
