Civil Engineer Needed  -Dammam , Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in road infrastructure projects. The role involves supervising site activities related to earthworks, subbase, base course, and overall road construction to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor earthworks, subgrade, subbase, and base course activities
Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and assurance (QA/QC)
Monitor daily progress and report to project management
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety regulations
Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods
Assist in preparing method statements, work schedules, and progress reports
Identify site issues and implement corrective actions
Support testing and inspection activities for road works
Maintain proper site documentation and records

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 7+ years of experience in road infrastructure construction projects
Strong knowledge of road construction processes and materials
Experience in supervising earthworks and pavement layers
Familiarity with international standards and specifications
