Job Description
We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to join our team for prestigious hotel & high-rise construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
? Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
? Evaluate variations, claims, and contractor payments
? Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
? Support tendering and procurement processes
? Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams
? Ensure compliance with contractual requirements (FIDIC preferred)
Saudi Arabia market
Requirements:
? 5-10 years of experience in hotel / high-rise construction projects
? Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation & cost control
? Proficiency in Excel & QS software (CostX, PlanSwift, etc.)
? Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (Civil, Arch, MEP)
? Knowledge of Saudi market & standards preferred
