With over 13 years of experience in civil construction and finishing works, I have developed strong expertise in supervising site activities, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time.
Currently, I am residing in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and I am available for immediate joining. I hold a transferable Iqama and am ready to contribute effectively to your team.
In my previous roles, I have been responsible for supervising all civil and finishing activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. I have hands-on experience in reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, handling snag lists, and managing daily site progress.
Additionally, I have strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, including preparation and implementation of ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), Method Statements (MOS), and raising RFIs and IRs. I ensure that all works are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.
