Candidates required for:
• Junior Accountant
• Senior Accountant
Must Have Following Knowledge
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Compliance & Tax (ZATCA): Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax laws and regulations, including (VAT) filings.
• Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, verify invoices, process payments, and conduct bank reconciliations.
• General Ledger & Controls: Maintain the general ledger, manage fixed assets, and implement internal controls for financial security.
• Data Accuracy & Auditing: Verify documentation for accuracy, conduct physical inventory counts, and prepare for internal/external audits.
• Financial Planning: Assist in budget forecasting and analyse financial performance against forecasts.
• Payroll Processing: Calculating salaries, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
• Financial Transactions & Payment Processing: Handle bank transfers, process HR-related payments, and manage bill payments via the SADAD Payment System efficiently and accurately.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Strong English and Arabic language skills.
Experiences
Preferably Logistics Experience
• 2–4 years for Senior post
• 1-2 Years for junior post
