URGENTLY REQUIRED
WELDING QC INSPECTOR – 2 No”s
Valid Saudi Aramco Approved Inspector status (with SAP number) and passed Computer Based Test (CBT)
Valid AWS-CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) or CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 Registered Welding Inspector certification
1. Senior technical role responsible for ensuring all welding activities comply with stringent Aramco mandatory engineering requirements (SAMSS, SAES, SATIPs) and international codes (ASME, API, AWS)
2. Aramco Compliance & Standards:?Ensure all welding activities are executed in strict accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Materials System Specifications (SAMSS), and approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
3. Welding Procedure and Performance:?Verify and monitor Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification Records (WPQ/WQT) as per ASME Section IX or API 1104.
4. NDT Review & Coordination:?Witness and review Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) results, including Radiographic Testing (RT) film interpretation, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
Experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in welding inspection, with a significant portion within Saudi Aramco construction projects (Oil & Gas, Piping, Pipeline, or Storage Tanks).
