Project Engineer -Riyadh
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Civil Engineer (Diploma Holder) with approximately 15 years of hands-on site execution experience, preferably with Gulf country exposure, to oversee and coordinate project execution across multiple locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate with project execution teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects across different sites.
Handle client coordination, including regular communication and participation in periodic review meetings with clients and consultants.
Conduct and manage internal progress meetings to track project performance in terms of schedule, quality, and safety.
Ensure projects are executed in line with approved timelines, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate effectively with the Head Office technical and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow and technical support.
Prepare and present project dashboards and status reports to company management on a regular basis.
Identify project risks and bottlenecks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
Experience Required:
*Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 15 years of site execution experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia / GCC projects
* Strong skills in project coordination, client management, and multi-site supervision
