Site Project Engineer – Civil -Riyadh
Job Description
We are seeking competent and result-oriented Civil Site Project Engineers Diploma/ Degree holders with minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction project execution to independently manage projects such as buildings, industrial factories, and warehouses.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and technical execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage and execute assigned construction projects from planning stage to completion.
Ensure project progress is maintained in line with the approved construction schedule.
Plan and control site resources including materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently.
Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely execution.
Coordinate and oversee MEP works and engineers involved in the project.
Monitor site quality, safety compliance, and productivity at all stages of execution.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Construction Manager at Head Office.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project execution
Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, and commercial projects preferred
Strong site management, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to lead site teams and manage projects independently
