Admin Assistant -Dammam
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Dammam.
Key Requirements:
• Female candidate
• Fluent in English (Reading & Writing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience handling HR-related tasks, including Saudi government portals (e.g., Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher Business, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to management
• Handle HR documentation and coordinate with government portals
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate meetings and internal communications
