Warehouse Specialist -Khobar

We are seeking an experienced Senior Material Management / Warehouse Specialist to oversee material control, warehousing operations, and logistics coordination for large-scale construction or EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and alignment with project schedules working on EPC projects in GCC.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end material control processes from receipt to issuance.
• Oversee warehouse operations, storage, preservation, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor material delivery schedules in line with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems.
• Implement proper material preservation and handling procedures.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Manage surplus, excess, and obsolete materials.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Requirements
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in material management or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience on construction or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of material control systems and ERP platforms.
• Experience handling large volumes of technical/industrial materials.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple departments.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
