Female Accountant -Jeddah
Job Description
Accounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounts, including cash, bank, sales, and expenses
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Handle billing, invoicing, and GST/VAT compliance (if applicable)
Reconcile bank statements and cash balances
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
Operations Management
Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations and workflow
Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and management
Ensure SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational policies are followed
Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking
Inventory & Vendor Management
Track inventory levels of raw materials and supplies
Maintain stock records and minimize wastage
Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and payments
Verify purchase bills and match them with stock received
Reporting & Administration
Prepare MIS reports for management review
Maintain employee records and payroll data support
Handle basic administrative tasks related to restaurant operations
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
2–5 years of experience in accounting and operations (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or similar)
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and inventory systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Preferred Qualities
Experience in food & beverage or hospitality industry
Knowledge of VAT and statutory compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
