Warehouse Manager – Dammam
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team to meet productivity and safety goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and skilled in logistics and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and performance
Handle equipment maintenance and vendor coordination
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification
Experience with ERP systems
Background in logistics or supply chain management
