Restaurant Manager -Jeddah
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or Caf? Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations, team leadership, and day to day management of a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant/cafe? operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with company policies
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Handle customer service issues professionally and efficiently
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and revenue
• Coordinate with management on targets, reporting, and performance reviews
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant, cafe? or F&B management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage staff, operations, and customer relations effectively
• Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and operational procedures
• Must be currently in Jeddah and available for an in-person interview
• Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
