• ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR OF IT SERVICES DEPARTMENT
• Totally 10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or network engineering accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Experience of at least two years in the operation and maintenance of systems and networks.
• Familiarity with operating systems and network management.
• Commitment to self-development in technical and professional fields.
• Ability to work within a team and adhere to quality standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Technical Engineering Responsibility within the department’s scope.
• Contributing to the completion of technical tasks assigned to the department.
• Monitoring the practical implementation of work within the department or unit under your responsibility.
• Adhering to the regulations and procedures established by the institution.
• Submitting technical and administrative reports as needed.

• Communications engineer
• Totally 8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or network/communications engineering accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Practical experience of at least two years in the operation and maintenance of communication systems.
• Good knowledge of engineering software related to design, analysis, and simulation of projects.
• Ability to prepare technical and administrative reports.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience with GSM systems, Trunk systems, and DAS (Distributed Antenna System).
• Knowledge of RF systems.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Supervising the installation, operation, and maintenance of communication systems.
• Implementing the technical design work for communication projects.
• Preparing technical studies and reports related to projects.
• Coordinating with other technical teams to ensure system integration.
• Contributing to system development and performance improvement.

• IT Engineer

• Education: Should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Experience: Should have experience in IT troubleshooting, end-user support, and system administration.
• Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, email systems, and IT security practices.
• Support: Should support servers, storage, backups, and IT projects.
• Certifications: Should hold certifications such as CompTIA (A+/Network+/Security+), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco CCNA (preferred).
• Electronics Engineer
• Totally 8 years of experience
• Education: Should have a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or IT field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems such as access control, doors, locks, CCTV, and fire alarms.
• Skills: Understanding of AV (Audio-Visual) systems such as LED/LCD screens, projectors, sound systems, and control systems.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits, controllers, wiring, and AV/ELV hardware.
• Maintenance: Should prevent maintenance, inspections, and documentation.
• Certifications: Should hold certifications such as CTS (AVIXA), Extron/Crestron, CCTV/Fire Alarm, or vendor-specific ELV training.
