Job Description

– We are hiring a Sales Representative (Powder Paint) to grow sales across the Kingdom. This role focuses on selling and distributing powder paint products (not coating services) to powder coating applicators, metal fabricators, OEMs, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify and develop new customers for powder paint products across Saudi Arabia.

– Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.

– Conduct client visits, understand technical needs (colors, finishes, performance requirements), and recommend suitable powder paint solutions.

– Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, sampling support, quotations, negotiation, and closing.

– Coordinate with production/quality/logistics teams to ensure correct orders and on-time deliveries.

– Track pipeline, sales targets, and provide regular sales reports.

– Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

– 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in powder paint / industrial coatings / chemical manufacturing or similar industries.

– English is mandatory; Arabic speaking is preferred.

– Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

– Comfortable working with CRM / Excel and maintaining structured follow-ups.
