Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking a Production & Operations Engineer to support our operations team in managing daily production activities, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring smooth factory and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities to meet quality, schedule, and targets
Coordinate with site and installation teams to support project requirements
Assist in production planning and workflow management
Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability
Support the Technical Office when required
Identify production issues and implement practical solutions
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
Experience in factory-based or project-oriented production environments
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in construction-related manufacturing
Exposure to site installation coordination
