Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator with Data Centre project experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates for mission‑critical projects, supporting tenders, and working closely with engineering and commercial teams.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Estimator
Mandatory experience in Data Centre projects
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including:
HVAC & precision cooling systems
Chilled water systems
Fire fighting & fire suppression systems
Plumbing & drainage systems
Experience in preparing BOQs, tenders, cost estimates, and subcontractor comparisons
Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools
Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia
Saudi Nationals and Expat candidates are welcome
Candidates available immediately or within 30 days will be highly preferred
