Iqama Status: Transfer or non-Transferable, both accepted

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, and controlling project costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost control plans.
Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances.
Track commitments, actual costs, and forecasts.
Prepare regular cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams.
Evaluate change orders and assess cost impacts.
Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Proven experience in cost control or project controls.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and cost control procedure.
Good communication and reporting skills.
